The finnish sauna, also called "dry sauna" is the original sauna in which the temperature can reach 80-100°C, inducing abundant perspiration of the skin, while the humidity does not exceed 10-20%. Essential oils with a balsamic effect, such as pine or eucalyptus, can be added to the water.
